Fee Schedule
A simple ended Virtual Question is exempt from charge.
Complex Virtual Questions or Protocol developments are fee for service and are based
on time involved in providing the consultations.
- 10 Minutes $35
- 15 minutes $55
- 30 minutes $75
- 45 minutes $90
- 60 minutes $110
Examples: Food protocols take 10 minutes to develop the micronutrients and design
the food list and as such, $35.00 is charged. Another example would be a process
evaluation. Upon return of the completed questionnaire, it takes on average 15 minutes
for protocol development. Hence, for virtual follow-ups and process evaluations
there is a charge of $55.00.
Resolutions
In accordance with the United States Arbitration Act, any dispute arising out of
or related to the provision of services by the Consulting Physician or by this web
site or its affiliates, or their employees, partners and agents, shall be subject
to final and binding arbitration exclusively through the Procedures of the American
Arbitration Association. This agreement is voluntary and that it is also binding
on any individual or entity claiming by or through me or on my behalf.
